Transformer oil T-1500
Transformer oil T-1500 is produced from sulfur paraffinic oils using solvent refining and hydrogenation processes.
T-1500 oil is used for pouring power and measuring transformers, oil switches, reactor equipment and other high-voltage equipment as the main electrical insulating material, incl. performing the function of an arc suppression medium.
It is recommended for use in electrical equipment with voltage up to 500 kV and higher.
It contains the antioxidant additive ionol (2.6 ditertic butyl paracresol), which provides the most important property of the oil - oxidation stability, and reliably retains all of its performance characteristics during long-term operation.
